Automotive Sales Consultant
We are currently seeking highly motivated, people-oriented automotive sales professionals with a drive to succeed to become an integral part of our team! You will work with customers and sales management to sell popular new vehicle brands and high quality used vehicles. At Overturf Volkswagen Kia we believe in empowering our sales team with with the tools, training, and support they need to build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Follow the sales process to present and demonstrate vehicles to customers
- Present price quotes and negotiate vehicle selling price and payments
- Collect documentation from customers required for a vehicle purchase
- Provide thorough new vehicle deliveries to teach customers how to operate their new car
- Follow manufacturer required tasks on new vehicle deliveries
- Respond to internet leads and maintain follow up per company procedure
- Log all customers and communication in the CRM
- Complete all required manufacturer training and learn all product lines
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive sales consultant is preferred, but not required. In our experience applicants who often excel in this profession include but are not limited to: hospitality industry, real estate, RV, motorsports, electronics, as well as those with retail sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working with a CRM
- Knowledge of vehicle features, performance, and technology
- Basic knowledge of purchase and lease options
- Strong communication skills for listening and understanding customers wants/needs and working out details of a car deal with sales management
- Strong writing and computer skills for communicating with customers via email and text
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Positive attitude and honest
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
